Job Description:
Experience in instructional design, content development, and training and assessment strategies. Work alongside Client Team to understand and take forward the solution approach and design to the development and execution phase. Work through different phases of learning design and development. Experience of working on ILTs, WBTs, (blended), and other learning interventions using effective instructional strategies. Have hands-on experience in requirement analysis, content analysis, content outline creation, creating measurable objectives, and storyboarding. Implement / develop learning solutions keeping in mind the stated business problem, learner profile, and the evaluation methodology. Experience in reviewing storyboards and developed courseware, based on the proposed design. Understand the quality assurance norms and guidelines. Adept at project coordination and communication with the client as well as the cross-functional teams (Graphic Design and Programming). Knowledge of working on proposals and design notes would be an added advantage.
